The Trullo degli Amici is a few kilometers from beautiful rocky and sandy beaches deserving of the European Blue Flag award and the 5 Sails of Legambiente Italia, such as the State Natural Reserve of Torre Guaceto, Pantanagianni, Torre Santa Sabina, and from Torre Pozzelle and Costa Merlata.

Do you like to walk in nature?

You are also a few kilometers from the Regional Natural Park of the Coastal Dunes between Torre Canne and Torre San Leonardo, in the territory of the Municipalities of Ostuni and Fasano, and is part of the tourist area "coast of the agricultural park of secular olive trees", which includes the municipalities of Ostuni, Carovigno, Fasano, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare.

A side trip in town?

Nearby you can visit Ostuni, Carovigno, Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Martina Franca, Locorotondo... the heart of the Itria Valley. And then of course Alberobello and many other places of interest are close at hand, such as the metropolitan city of Bari, the capital of the Puglia region with its beautiful seafront and historic center, the beautiful town of Brindisi, historically the arrival point of the Roman Appian Way; a little further down the beautiful Lecce, capital of the Baroque, with the pearls Otranto and Gallipoli, and Taranto, the most important Polis of Magna Graecia.
A little more than an hour and a half by car, Matera, former European Capital of Culture 2019 and the magnificent Castel del Monte.

Very close you have also the Selva di Fasano, the Egnazia Archaeological Park, the Grotte di Castellana... there are many possible paths to discover this wonderful land.
